Applicants apply to a program and therefore, if an applicant is interested in more than one program, the applicant will need to submit a new application for each program they wish to apply. The Department of Civil & Coastal Engineering houses two program areas, Civil Engineering and Coastal & Oceanographic Engineering. The Engineering School of Sustainable Infrastructure and Environment (ESSIE) is comprised of two departments – the Department of Civil & Coastal Engineering and the Department of Environmental Engineering Sciences.
